PCD/PCBN cutting tool blanks and precut tips
PCD blanks and tips
We manufacture 1,2,5,10,25 micron and mixed grain size PCD blanks and tips, for cutting
abrasive wood, chipboard, composites, rubber, plastics, ceramics, and non ferrous metal
and alloys. PCD diameter can be up to 63mm.
PCBN blanks and tips
We also manufacture and supply solid CBN and Carbided PCBN blanks and tips for ferrous
materials cutting.
PCD & PCBN Inserts
Per tool manufacturer's request, we can also manufacture inserts with PCD/PCBN tips.
Our state of art inspection instruments and quality management ensure our quality
stays at the highest industrial standards.
